Scope. This policy applies to personal information processed by IMC in connection with our public website, resident/owner portals, and community management services. Certain processing may be outside the TDPSA’s scope (e.g., employee/job applicant data, B2B contacts). Regardless, we strive to handle all personal information responsibly.
