What We Offer

Services

We specialize in the management of Home and Property Owner Associations, including single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. We offer services that are most utilized by owners, residents, and Board members. We tailor our services to fit your needs.

Financials & Security

Our managers will handle all of your accounts payable/receivable as well as all financial reports, budgeting, and handling your HOA fees. We use an all-in-one software called Vantaca. Everything we do through Vantaca is SOC 2 Type 2 Certified. Vantaca uses SecureSky for 24×7 security scanning and monitoring.

Property Inspections

We have our own drivers who inspect our Associations per our management contract. They have IMC magnets on their cars. Vantaca tracks the full violation management process.

Administrative Services

A property manager will schedule and handle all the necessary details of all board meetings as well as take care of the minutes and work with the Board throughout the month. Each association will have one main point of contact.

Service Contracts

IMC will work with the Association’s current contractors and will be reviewing all necessary renewals as well as taking care of and preparing any new bids that will be needed.

Committee Assistance

Our managers will work with both the Board of Directors and the Architectural Committee. We will make sure all legal parts of the meetings are met and everything is done based on current state laws.

Insurance & Attorney Services

Managers will obtain bids for your insurance as well as file any reports to protect the property. Any cases that need to be reviewed by an attorney will be handled and dealt with in a timely manner.

Customer Service

We strive to be the best at everything we do. Property managers are a great addition to your Association for your Board and Homeowners. We make sure that your neighborhood is represented well through it all!

Deed Restrictions

We will keep your governing documents on file and provide copies for your homeowners. We have inspectors doing drives of our communities as needed. We will monitor any violations with pictures and follow required processes to ensure your deed restrictions are being followed.
